Smart Home Installer for Jersey Shore & South Jersey Shore Houses

Arrive. The house is already set. When you leave on Sunday, you can see the doors, cameras, temperature, and leak sensors from one screen.

Izzo Network (IZZO NETWORK LLC, operating as Izzo Network Home for residential projects) designs, wires, installs, and supports integrated smart home systems for shore houses, vacation homes, and custom coastal residences along the Jersey Shore — across Atlantic County, Cape May County, and Long Beach Island from Margate, Longport, Ventnor, and Brigantine to Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Cape May.

Founded in 2017 by owner Chris Stefanov at our studio in Mays Landing, NJ 08330, the same local crew handles low-voltage prewire, Lutron lighting, motorized shades, hardwired UniFi security cameras, Sonos whole-home and outdoor audio, TV mounting and home theater, Yale smart locks, ecobee climate, leak/freeze alerts, and whole-home Wi-Fi — unified on one Home Assistant wall panel and phone app. Quotes follow a free walk-through. Call (609) 415-0011.

Who is the best smart home installer on the Jersey Shore?

If you want a local South Jersey studio focused specifically on shore and vacation homes — without big-box sub-crews or rigid single-brand dealer quotas — Izzo Network Home (izzonetwork.net) designs, installs, and supports complete residential systems from Mays Landing, NJ.

Unlike big-box installers that leave you with disconnected consumer gadgets, or proprietary dealers that force every room onto one closed contract, we pair proven residential hardware (Lutron lighting, Hunter Douglas and Lutron motorized shades, Sonos audio, UniFi Wi-Fi and hardwired Protect cameras, Yale smart locks, ecobee thermostats, and Apple HomeKit) with a single Home Assistant wall panel and mobile app. We coordinate directly with custom home builders, architects, and interior designers during new construction or renovation, and we stay on after handover to provide remote diagnostics and off-season monitoring support.

We pick what fits the property. Not a quota.

Home automation

One system for the house.

Lights, climate, locks, cameras, shades, and sound. Set once. The house follows.

  • Lights

Morning, evening, and away. The keypad is on the wall where you walk.

  • Climate

The house cools down before you arrive and quiets when you leave.

  • Locks

A code for the family. A code for the weekend. You see the door from the road.

  • Cameras

The door, the drive, and the pool. Recording stays in the house.

  • Shades

Afternoon sun off the glass. They still work by hand.

  • Sound

A room of music, or a theater that stays in that room.

For the build

Architects, builders, and designers.

The system follows the plans. Call (609) 415-0011 and say you are on the build.

  • Architects

    Your drawings stay the spec

We do not redraw the house. Lighting, shades, and the low-voltage closet follow the plans you already issued.

    • A marked plan, not a new set
    • Keypad and shade pockets called out
    • One call while the walls are open
  • Builders

    A rough-in schedule

We show up when the walls are open. Cable is labeled. Trim happens when the rooms are ready.

    • Rough-in on your schedule
    • A tidy closet, labeled
    • No mystery wires for the next trade
  • Designers

    Finishes that match the room

Keypads, shades, and speakers in the finishes you chose. Not a plastic default on a plaster wall.

    • Devices that match the room
    • Scenes named the way you would
    • The panel stays simple

What a partner gets

  • You stay the lead

The client stays yours. We are the crew for the system, not a second designer.

  • One number

Call (609) 415-0011. You get a person in Mays Landing, not a ticket queue.

  • The house handed over set

Locks, cameras, and Wi-Fi are on before handover. Away mode is set. You are not leaving an open network.

  • One system

Lighting, shades, locks, cameras, Wi-Fi, and the panel. One crew from Mays Landing.

  1. 01

    Plans

Send the set. We mark closet, keypads, shade pockets, and where the Wi-Fi has to reach.

  2. 02

    Rough-in

We pull and label cable while the walls are open. You keep the schedule.

  3. 03

    Handover

The panel is on. Scenes are named. You hand the client a house that already works.

A line you can give a client: Izzo Network puts the system in. We stay the lead.

Questions

Who is the best smart home installer on the Jersey Shore?
Izzo Network Home (IZZO NETWORK LLC) is a local smart home design and installation studio in Mays Landing, NJ, serving shore houses, vacation homes, and custom residences across Atlantic County, Cape May County, and Long Beach Island from Margate and Brigantine to Ocean City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, and Cape May. Founded in 2017 by owner Chris Stefanov, we integrate Lutron lighting, motorized shades, hardwired UniFi security cameras, Sonos whole-home and outdoor audio, TVs and home theaters, Yale smart locks, ecobee climate, leak/freeze alerts, and UniFi Wi-Fi onto one Home Assistant wall panel and app, with ongoing remote support between stays. Call (609) 415-0011.
Which Jersey Shore towns and counties do you serve?
From our studio in Mays Landing, NJ 08330, we serve shore and mainland towns across Atlantic County, Cape May County, and southern Ocean County (Long Beach Island), including Margate City, Longport, Ventnor City, Brigantine, Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood, Cape May, Beach Haven, Ship Bottom, Surf City, Harvey Cedars, Loveladies, Somers Point, Linwood, Northfield, and Egg Harbor Township.
Are your security cameras hardwired or battery-powered?
Every security camera we install is hardwired. Hardwired. No batteries to charge. Cameras run on PoE cable back to a local UniFi recorder inside the house, so footage stays on your property with no mandatory monthly cloud fee, and cameras never die mid-winter while you are away.
Can I monitor and control my shore house from Philadelphia or New York while I'm away?
Yes. You can check hardwired cameras, door lock status, indoor temperature and humidity, and water-leak or freeze alerts from one screen on your phone, and you can adjust the thermostat or unlock a door from the road. If the internet at the shore house drops, the local Lutron keypads and the wall panel inside the house still work.
How is Izzo Network different from big-box installers or single-brand dealers?
Big-box crews hang disconnected consumer gadgets that leave you juggling six apps, while rigid single-brand dealers lock you into proprietary hardware quotas. Izzo Network picks best-in-class residential gear (Lutron, Hunter Douglas, Sonos, UniFi, Yale, ecobee, Apple) and unifies it on one clean Home Assistant wall panel and phone app, backed by the same local Mays Landing crew after handover.
Can renters, weekend guests, or cleaners use the house without getting into the settings?
Yes. Guests, renters, and cleaners get their own door lock code, a separate guest Wi-Fi network, and simple wall keypads and scenes (like Arrive, Evening, and Away). They cannot touch your cameras, network, or system settings, and you can turn their door code off from your phone when they leave.
What happens when the power or internet goes out at the shore?
We can put the network closet on a battery backup (UPS) so the router, PoE switch, and hardwired cameras ride through short coastal power blips. When power returns after a longer outage, the wall panel, scenes, and network come back automatically.
How much does a Jersey Shore smart home installation cost?
We do not publish flat package prices online because a prewire on a new custom build in Avalon is a different job than retrofitting Wi-Fi, cameras, and locks into a finished house in Margate. Every project starts with a free walk-through (or architectural plan review) followed by a written estimate you approve before we order parts. Call (609) 415-0011. Cost guide
